Rules to follow
GENERAL TERMS
To make your stay as comfortable as possible in this apartment, please follow those rules.
The bedrooms have light colored carpets, so it is recommended that you leave your shoes at the entrance to the apartment.
In case of problem, you know my mobile number. You can also contact me by WhatsApp or on Airbnb message.
Please treat this accommodation as if it were your own. The front door must be closed at all times. The key also allows you to open the front door of the building, it is best not to forget it when leaving the apartment.
In winter, please save energy by not leaving the windows open, except for a few minutes to ventilate the rooms. Please close the windows in case of rain. Please turn off the light when leaving each room.
VISITORS
You rented this apartment for a certain number of people (between 1 and 3). If you rented the apartment for one or two persons and are 3 persons, please let me know. An additional daily cost of 5€ is expected. You can of course invite friends. But not to stay overnight. Please do not exceed the number of people announced without notifying me.
The apartment includes two parking spaces.
You can park your car outside, where you will find a marked parking space on the ground (no wild parking). After opening the gate with the remote control (button at the top left).
You can also park your car in a closed garage. The garage gate opens with the remote control (button at the top right). The small key on the keychain opens the door to the individual garage. The apartment key allows you to go down to the basement using the elevator. The garage is small and at the end of the driveway. In the case of a large car, I recommend that you park in reverse. Skills will be required.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Please put the waste in a black plastic bag, available in the kitchen. When the bag is full, general trash cans are available behind the second door on the left as you exit the building. You can open this door with the apartment key.
If you feel like it, a composter is available outside, on the left of the arch (coming from the apartment) in the grass. Feel free to dispose of organic waste there.
For longer stay please consider sorting your waste. Mainly paper, plastics and glass. You have separate trashes in the kitchen. The sorting bins are located on the other side of the access road (rue de la Gare), just before the train tracks. For more information on sorting trash in France.
Smoking and bringing animals are strictly forbidden in the apartment. Some guest may be allergic and could be incomodated.
Accidents happen, in case of damage, please inform me as soon as possible. Do not move furniture from one room to another to avoid potential damage.
We will agree on a way to end your stay in the apartment.
If you have a car, on the day of departure, do not forget to park your car outside the gate of the outdoor parking because you will no longer have the remote control to drive out!
In case of problem or question, please call me or contact me on WhatsApp or par Airbnb message.
If a fire starts and you cannot put it out immediately, evacuate the premises, close the door of the burning room and the door of the apartment, this will delay the spread of fire and smoke, and exit through the closest emergency exit.
Then, notify the fire department on 18 or 112.
